Supporters were initially "excited" about the promotion's message, which focused on acceptance. Alas, Shrek found himself pounded with requests and eventually had to withdraw. "Regrettably," he remarked, "I wasn't prepared for this level of attention. It was kind of like trying to navigate a swamp in a tutu"!
